So, I thought about doing a politically based post today. Mostly because of some stuff the pastor said in church yesterday that got me thinking. But you know what? My church also played a video at the beginning of the service and a couple of the sentences stuck out to me. “For this one day, let us set our differences aside and remember what others have sacrificed so that we can be free.”Well – that isn’t an exact quote – but it is the general idea. So I will hold off on the political post for now and just say – thank you to everyone who has sacrificed to give us our freedom. Freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom to vote, freedom to own our own land and businesses. Things we take for granted every single day.
